You will have to check it out. westerly winds should be around 20 to 35 km/hr with wind chill seeing temperatures down to -22 and a top of -4 degrees. Hanazono Stomping Ground is excited about the opening today of the new BAGJUMP at the bottom of Stairway to Heaven.. Its A 15m x 15m cushion of air and you can get some crazy AIR. Make sure you bring your Helmet and if you ski... No Poles.... Just jump on Hanazono lift 1 and head straight down Stairway to Heaven in Hanazono Niseko. Go past the Half pipe and its about 100 metres past the entrance to the Stomping Ground. Check it out its so so much fun..

Fresh lines in the trees and a blue bird day yesterday, groomed runs are firm this morning and its currently – 14.The Stomping Ground Terrain Park complete with jumps and rails will open and most lifts should be spinning throughout the day.Temperatures should remain below zero.Northwesterly winds should be generally light and possibly increasing in the afternoon. We should see the snow start to fall again today with snow showers expected into next week (with possible heavier falls tonight.)It won’t be long before peak gates open and there is a run of 1000 metres of perfect powder to ride.

Not as much as usual overnight, 10cms however 65cms fell in the past 24hrs.Tobogganing, snowmobiling and magic carpets are running. Most lifts should be spinning.The current snow depth at the base is around 135cms and 245 up top. Wind chill is down to - 20 degrees with a day time high of - 5.Westerly winds should be moderate averaging 15 to 35km/hr.
